I notice a mood increase on it, but I am mostly taking it for the telomere lengthening effects. Those are not usually something you can feel. I was taking L-carnosine for that before, but it made me too edgy with the rest of my stack. Astragaloside IV gives me the telomere effects without pushing me to anxiousness/edginess that carnosine did.
