Tart Cherry Extract and Bladder Irritation

I have an overactive bladder that's sensitive to quite a few things, unfortunately. I'm interested in getting the Tart Cherry Extract. However, I've read the juice can be a bladder irritant (due to the acid content, I think?). Would this extract possibly exhibit the same effects on the bladder?

Our tart cherry is not acidic. It's very different than tart cherry juice.
