Hello, recently I received an order of Tongkat Ali, I’m then past I have ordered this and it was as pictured on the left, however my new order (on the right) is a completely different colour. The one on the right seems fake. What has happened?

Nothing to worry about. It's a combo of the batch being slightly lighter, due to natural variance in the plant, and a different ratio of fillers. Obviously I need to know if this is 2% or 10%, and the specific lot numbers, so that I can look more into it to make absolutely sure. However, a color variance is nothing to worry about at first glance. Can you give me the lot numbers for both so I can pull the data and the retained samples?
