Hi guys, just received some Shoden. Wondering if you guys are taking 1 or 2 capsules per day and if you notice a significant difference. I know it's a strong ashwagandha product. Thanks all

Always one capsule/tablet at first. We set our doses strategically, and you should see how you feel with our recommended dose at the start. Then you can adjust from there.

Possible Fake?

Always make sure it says "sold by Nootropics Depot" when buying from us on Amazon. We have brand protection on there, which is supposed to prevent hijacking of our listings. However, they seem to have found a way around
