The Nigella Sativa 10% is an amazing mood boosting anxiolytic without much drowsiness, and with many other benefits and a great side effect profile, except for the pretty significant GI distress issues.

We have been trying to get real enteric coated capsules in for a long time. Everyone is just selling BS capsules that dissolve quickly in the stomach and calling them enteric. It's all really a lie, though. We have found one manufacturer who's enteric capsules are actually enteric, and they want to charge an insane amount. Like 4X the price. We can't make the pricing work. We do have acid resistant capsules, though. Those don't last the full 4 hours in gastric fluid, but they do last an hour. They might work, so we can do some testing. I wish we could make the pricing work on the real enteric, but they are charging pharma prices. Maybe it will come down as the supply chain normalizes.
