Confused about new “5HT2A Product”

IIRC, MYASD has mentioned this new product “hitting the same receptors” as typical psychedelics would, which is mainly the 5HT2A receptor.

It was said that “it provides the cognitive benefits without the high”. Whatever “high” is exactly, how could that be? If they hit the exact the same receptors, how could it be different?

Would appreciate some words of wisdom!
