I Emailed the customs, Food and Veterinary Authority (MAST) and pharmaceutical institute,Health Inspectorate they all pointed at each other until finally Mast responded with this:.
Thanks for the tip. This substance is classified as novel (under the novel food regulation) and has not yet received a license in Europe, and thus the substance is not allowed to be used in food supplements. It should be noted that it is the Health Inspectorate that carries out market control in this country. I will forward the matter to the appropriate control area..
