Just a quick note that the “items in cart email” offers a promo code to incentivize purchase, but doesn’t take into account whether or not you have new items in your cart. The new item code is a better discount. Just a bit redundant.

I was probably being too nitpicky. The email code ended up working better in the calculus of getting free shipping lol. Also what sources did you use to learn about payment processing? Crazy how many parasitic companies exist in that space from what you said.

We've learned about payment processing the hard way, by living through it. We have gone through more payment processors and bank accounts than I can even remember. I wish I knew back then what I know now, as I could have avoided many of the mistakes. However, there is so much money out there in keeping people in the dark, it is hard to find the facts beyond the bullshit.
