Not massively so. I think I prefer taking one of the high EPA with one capsule of our OmegaTAU. That's a good balance for me.

I react poorly to too much choline. I get depressed on it. I need to balance my choline well, and I am already taking things that naturally increase choline, so no reason to overload myself.
