\*warning; long winded post to provide details
Seeking some suggestions from ya’ll who been in the Nootropics world much longer that I have!
Currently taking the following for essentially possible improved physique improvements with improved T and sleep hopefully.

* Beta-ecydesterone (after workout)
* Epicatechen (whenever, just not close to workout)
* Apigenin 50mg (just introduced it before bed will be 3rd night today)
Also bought nobiletin but haven’t started on it yet

I am literally taking exactly all of these supplements you listed with the same goals as you. In addition to that I’m taking shilajit in sleep support and gotu kola.
Would any one of these have any effects on gyno at all? As I’m prone to it. Would appreciate your input on this /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb

That stack shouldn't cause gyno. For those prone to it, taking P5P is a good idea, as that will lower prolactin. Vitamin E will as well.
