I used to mix primavie in a glass of water and sip it throughout the morning. It’s not too terrible :)

Tastes like crushed up rocks covered in cat piss! LOL. However, I also mixed it in water with my tongkat for a while. A little crushed cat piss rock never hurt anyone.
