But yeah afaik there is not even a proper mechanistic pathway that would explain it's function. No human studies afaik. Just some in vitro studies. They can sell shit but I can judge them for the shit they are selling even if they control for the shit in it very well.
At least ND seems to take QC very seriously and what is on the label is prob in the bottle. But yes that doesn't clear him from selling questionable supps in the beginning. His site also makes bold claims like it will give you insane gains. So that is also disappointing.

The words "insane" or "gains" don't even appear on the product page. I also only sell product I have personally tried and think there is merit in. I was skeptical of beta ecdysterone, too. I figured it was BS. However, I got some in that tested good, and trialed it myself. There are effects there. Also, there have been human studies.
Also, it is in phase 2 human trials right now.
