Published literature states a safe intake level of 338mg EGCG with hepatixicity risk in higher doses. Just wondering why ND chose to put 500mg EGCG in their capsules?

I’d have already tried that, finally, but didn’t know my order required signature. Missed it and they won’t even try again until Monday since it’s restricted to weekday delivers for god knows what reason. Pain. I also don’t trust them or my cameras enough to release them to just drop it off, so I’ll just have to wait around when they next try.

Damn! Yeah, we had to start requiring signatures for higher value orders. We had some customers claiming multiple $300 orders were not delivered, but showed delivered. I don't want to call people liars, but sometimes things are sus. We reshipped, but those are big orders to keep eating over and over, so the warehouse now requires it on larger value orders. I didn't even think of it with the sale, and they were just rocking to get things out ASAP.
