Real quick, huge F’n shoutout to the Nootropics Depot team and FedEx! Ridiculous service!! I ordered the Noble Kava yesterday at 10am PST and it arrived today before 3pm!!! I live in Southern California so yeah I know it’s the next state over but I’m still impressed nonetheless!!!!

I was just wondering if the high bioavailablity noble Kava is safe to take along with the Supercritical Holy basil?? I don’t exactly mean taking them together at the same time but taking both in the same day. Is that liver safe? Could it be a good combo for overall relaxation and pain management? Thanks for stopping by!

Yeah, it is safe. I have combined them multiple times. They actually work REALLY well for muscle relaxing and pain.

We have found that total kavalactone percentage is a poor indicator of kava quality. We tested a lot of kava over the past 2 years. Some of them were 70% kavalactones. There was almost no correlation to total kavalactone
