Citrus aurantium extract (Nobiletin/Hesperidin)

Both nobiletin and hesperidin are listed as an extraction from Citrus aurantium, perhaps from different parts.
Is there any Hesperidin present inside the 20% Nobelitin extract? Or the other way around? Have you tested or listed the other flavonoid present on both extracts? Is it sensible to assume that the one or the other contain flavonoids such as Naringenin? Thanks.

When you look at the chromatogram, are you essentially seeing the "frequency" (signature) of a substance?

Chromatograms only seem chromophores. Those are double carbon bonds or ring systems. It's nothing to do with frequency. FTIR/ATR does see stretching frequencies and bending frequencies in the carbon bonds, though. You will see those affecting shifts in the fingerprint region of the spectra.
