NMN tabs vs NR

Hey everyone,
I understand that there is no scientific to definitely "X mg of nmn is equal to X mg of nr", but I am interested in bumping up my NAD+ levels further in a budget-conscious fashion.
I currently take 125mg of ND's enteric coated NMN. I want to increase it. Now I see other interesting options, one being NR caps and powder. Not to mention NMN powder.
I kind of feel like a good way to go is maybe 1 NMN and 1 NR cap, as I see the writeup about NR having neuroprotective properties. But let's try it this way: purely from a standpoint of increasing NAD+ levels, which seems to be the best way to go? 250mg of enteric coated NMN? Or 600mg of NR?
I am also taking apigenin, which apparently helps, but I just want to pick the best bang for the buck out of the precursors, or combine them.

Brenner has posted about this. The NMN transporter claim doesn't look valid.

The authors of the paper on the SLC12A8 transporters responded to Brenner's claims.

If you read Brenner's paper and this response, it's clear which one is based in valid science.
Here is the full Brenner paper.
Just read Brenner's stance then look at the data from Grozio Et al. My scientific team and lab director read both papers, along with the original one from Grozio. We all came to the conclusion that the data from Grozio is more compelling, and that the tone and sureness from Brenner is super suspicious. Brenner owns stock in the primary company selling NR, so his protests here just seem super sketchy.
