It appears that Icariin has very low oral bioavailability in humans.

Are there any ways to improve oral bioavailability?

I am currently trying the 10% extract. So I am now combining it with 15mg piperine, and I'll test the effects. I realize it might increase the absorption of the other compounds in it. Really cool product. Well done!
