Icariin oral bioavailability

It appears that Icariin has very low oral bioavailability in humans.
Are there any ways to improve oral bioavailability?

P-glycoprotein inhibitors can help. Piperine is the most common, but Schisandra is another you can use. Ginsenoside metabolites also have that effect, so combining HGW with our PanaMAX should really boost bioavailability. Also, it appears that the metabolites of icariin are beneficial, too.
