I feel great! They pair really well together for me. No issues I have experienced, and the cistanche actually helps balance the tongkat out a bit.

Depends on what you are looking for. I could rattle off a ton of things. I think a good solid base stack, at least for guys, is Tongkat 10%, Cistanche, HGW 10%, and Primavie.
