How to neutralize taurine rebound anxiety?

Taurine basically got rid of my social anxiety. But it gives me the worst rebound anxiety if I take time off. I wasn’t even using it super long term, like 4 days on it gave me 2 days of rebound high anxiety.

Is there anything to counteract this effect? I like not having social anxiety 🥲

I just got a jar a maybe a month ago, but only just started using it. I noticed the page for taurine says 500 mg, but the bottle said 1,000 mg. ( u/misteryouaresodumb )

It's 500mg per capsule. Dose is two capsules.

Ohh, interesting. I can check the label approval logs. We might have changed the suggested dosage. I actually only use 500mg when I taken taurine.
