Hi All,
So im a little confused i bought tongkat ali 200:1 which is 600mg per pill, now from what i researched i should take 400mg a day. What do they mean 120,000mg powdered root and why 2-4 capsules per day? wt...
How much should i take of it, should i just go with 1 pill, which is 600mg (or 120,000 idk)
edit... i just realized i posted this on some actual supplement brand so sorry about it lol

Can you explain why the ND Tongkat ali is not "trash"? Apart from the label being inaccurate because the seller claims they need to do this in order to sell it.. why are you telling him to throw it out? I probably take the same the "200:1" extract as him and it works great.

We spent over a year developing our extracts. I personally got a sample of tongkat at Supply Side West, and was impressed with the effects. Before that I just thought it was a BS hype product. After I felt a good extract, I knew we needed to bring our own out, so we bought TONS of tongkat from all over the market. I personally trialed them all, and used my experience to help design our own extracts. We made our extracts so much more potent than everything else, it's not even funny. They are like completely different products than the garbage out there.
I tell him to throw it in the trash because it was not properly lab tested. Who knows if it is even tongkat, if it is pure, or if they put other things in it to feel stronger. Multiple companies have been caught putting active pharmaceutical ingredients in their male enhancement products to make them feel stronger. If you buy from a brand not properly lab testing, you are putting yourself at risk. It's not worth it. Toss it in the trash and buy a properly tested product. Would you buy from a pharmaceutical company known to not be lab testing their products properly? Why should supplements be any different?
