Disappointed about un-scored tablets

My first ever minor complaint with ND. I just purchased Sabroxy tablets, as they were originally said to be scored to allow more flexible and accurate dosing. Two previous tablets I purchased (Lemon Balm and Cistanche) were not scored this time although they were previously. I did not mind so much about the lemon balm or cistanche, as I take full doses of those two. However, I specifically bought the Sabroxy tablets because they were explicitly said to be scored, and the 100mg does is too strong for me. I know this is likely the result of ND getting screwed over by one of their partners and having to bring tablet production in-house. My only suggestion would be to put a notice on the website letting customers know that this batch of tablets are not scored, as I would not have purchased the Sabroxy tables had I known they were not scored.
If this is listed and I somehow missed it, then I apologize! In any event, just wanted to bring this to your attention, as I imagine I am not the only customer who was surprised and a bit disappointed.

One positive outcome of the situation:
Every company fuck up once in a while, none is 100 percent perfect all the time.
Being more real now, at least now I am more confident that you guys are not making shit up /s
