How come the magnesium glycinate says 800mg but when you look at the like listed thing on the label it says 200?

Awe okay I had to look up the product because according to OPs description, at 800mg total with 200 elemental it would be 25%, but I see that a serving is two capsules totalling 1600mg, 200 elemental... right where we want to be.

Ohh yeah, they are 800mg capsules. It's 2 capsules per serving. It can get confusing with RDIs. Other nutrients can get really confusing. Folate you have to report in DFE, or dietary folate equivalents. In a Natrium stack we are about to release, we use calcium L-methylfolate. We use half a milligram of that in the formula, but we have to put 680mcg DFE. The FDA recently changed their guidance on some of them in 2019, too.
