As you can tell one main reason i have for Vitamin C, it is to raise gluthione levels as part of this I have ordered NA-R-ALA to restore wasted Gluthione and Vitamin C. I have also got Reduced Gluthione to have along with it. What would you advise or something to address for me to help with either having more glutamate to transfer over to gluthione or raise it. Please educate me as your one to I would only trust in this

No need to target glutamate. There is plenty in your body. The rate-limiting part of its synthesis is cysteine. This is why N-acetylcysteine rapidly raises glutathione levels. For you, Reacta-C, Na-R-ALA, reduced glutathione, and selenium would be a good stack.
