This is mainly to show my appreciation & full support to ND and its employees to keep innovating by releasing new life-changing products while keeping their prices fair & affordable - Even with all the shit-show going on in the background.
Personally, I will try as much as I can to continue supporting ND, to keep this great thing going & expanding, even if they had to make some type of shift & discontinue selling some nootropics.
Thank you MYASD

Initially came to ND for optimization, it's a brand I trust and I value to scientific testing and rigour that MYASD and the team bring to the game.
Recently, I experienced a serious adverse reaction to an antibiotic (fluoroquinolone) that among other things causes the random swelling of tendons in different parts of the body. I couldn't walk for two weeks. It's unclear whether it causes long term mitochondrial damage (you can check out r/floxies for details and horror stories).
When I realised what had happened to me I knew I needed to get the right nutrients an vitamins in bioavailable forms to help my body heal. There's an intersection where conventional medicines have unintended life changing side effects and natural compounds are still undergoing research.
I am not 100% certain whether my body would heal itself with time or whether it might lead to permanent mitochondrial damage. I am not willing to sit back to wait and see but am constantly reading and learning. When it comes to things like modulating my immune response and mitochondrial support and getting back to normal Nootropics Depot is the only brand I trust.
Thank you!

Interestingly enough, our operations manager had the same thing happen to her a couple years ago. It was horrible! The doctor prescribed ciprofloxacin and fluticasone together. That is a black box warning, but neither her doctor nor the pharmacist warned her about the interaction. Then she started getting torn ligaments and tendons. Along with it came mood issues and depression. I had to research what was going on, and I found the mitochondrial disorder that you are dealing with. It's insane to me these medications are still being used! This mitochondrial disorder is no joke! It's an acute thing that becomes semi-permanent. She was having a hell of a time with it till we got her on some mitochondrial supplements to get her body moving in the right direction. She is doing MUCH better now, though. So don't lose hope. You can fix it.
