Second the andrographis (from previous post by mister why are you so dumb). I have sleep apnea and since I started it my apneas have gone down (per my machine). I sleep through the night and I had to change my mask because what I was using started to leak because my face got smaller (inflammation) and that was after 4 days of use. ( That I had to change my mask).
Just posting this to hype it up more because I don't want nd to have to discontinue it.
