Why take the 10:1 corcyceps extract?

I am taking the 10:1 because I was led to believe that I was getting more cordycepin that way.

But I stumbled upon a comment saying the following:
"There are no alcohol soluble compounds of interest in Turkey Tail or Cordyceps AFAIK. IMO it is way better and more efficient to do a 30 minute hot water extraction of the dried powdered / shredded mushrooms (boiling under pressure, like in a pressure cooker) and then just dry it without filtering anything out.
You will be left with the full spectrum of the mushrooms bio-actives in a bioavailable form, everything is in there including all alcohol solubles. A 1:1 extract"

Reply: "What about cordycepin and adenosine?"
And then reply: "Those are water-solubles"

For turkey tail? The reason I said we can't talk about them directly is because they deal with diseases, which we can't reference in relation to our products. However, if you search Google Scholar you will see some interesting studies.
