Hi, I'm your customer during years, and I cant remember more than 10% discount, just once I hadn't enough money to make order and asked you just 15% off, but you said NO, of course. So now it comes black friday and give us even 11% of :)

What about a rewards program? , you're. Abusinessman and we're already compulsively aupplement users. Gamify the process and its win / win :D
I can finally give my brain a better excuse for the newest buy besides "because of reasons"

We have gone back and forth with a rewards program over the years. Some customers think it would be a good idea, while others have said they would feel manipulated by it. When we poll people, they are pretty torn on it. Plus, once we put one in place, we can't exactly change our minds and remove it. That will just upset everyone even more. So we are torn on the idea.
