About Vit D3

I just read that the optimal dose oF D3 for men is 3332 IU or around 400 mcg. I have the D3+ K2 supplement which contains less that half that much D3 plus some Vit C. In addition to making calcium work, D3 is important in having normal testosterone level and K2, as I understood the article, is important for keeping that level more constant. Any thoughts on this? Maybe i should take 2.5 tabs instead of one, which contains 125 mcg of D3 and more than adequate K2.
Some men's products have 5000IU of D3, but too much D3 is not good either.

This is why IU is such a stupid metric. It's different for every compound, so everyone gets confused. Our tablets are 5,000 IU, which is 125mcg. That's a good solid dose for most people. We did make them into tablets that you could break in half, though. That gives you dosing flexibility. We did a ton of research on what dose of MK-7 to pair with the 5,000 IU of D3 as well. 100mcg of K2 in the MK-7 form is a good dose to pair with that dose of D3. We try to make our tablets and capsules a standard dose for most people, while giving them the option to break them in half if needed.
