My protocol was 5 on 2 off. I also take a bunch of other supps during this but not hormones related i don't think. (cistanche, creapure, mag/zinc, agmatine, shilajit..)
First week was super lethargic n tired.
Once that's over I felt amazing for like 4 - 6 weeks. My boner was way harder than being on cialis. And balls got bigger too.
Remainder of time I feel very meh, don't have that motivation and superman feeling anymore.
I think that's due to my estradiol being lowered and off circadian rhythm. (I sleep like shit, only 5 hours average).
I exercise regularly and feeling/looking way better than when I first started. Another thing is I just came off a torn bicep surgery 3 months before my pre-bloodwork so my test was way lower than normal.
Currently looking more into DHEA 25mg for a couple weeks to help my estradiol catch up (is that what it does?) or just waiting it out for like a month then try the 2% next.

Awesome. Thanks for the reply
I'm still trying to dial my magnesium intake. No doubts I'm not deficient (been supplementing Micromag 6+ months)
Time of day is an issue, it actually causes me to have less restful sleep with more wake-ups if taken at night, and could very well be causing a fog if taken in the morning
I can 100% notice a difference in my general well-being compared to 6 months ago, due to probably correcting a deficiency, but I've taken a break from magnesium as of a few days ago and will reapproach once I receive the results from the hair mineral test I should be receiving in the mail tomorrow
Possible I'm knocking other electrolytes out of balance

Ohh yeah, some people have paradoxical reactions to both magnesium and glycine if they take them too close to bed. Both should help improve sleep, but some people need to take them earlier in the day for that effect to work. I have not figured out the mechanism yet, but for a small subset of people this effect seems to be common.
