Just noticed a crypto site with a suspiciously similar logo to ND https://nexo.io/
Just though u/MisterYouAreSoDumb and legal team should be aware of not already, trademarks can be lost if not protected, I do not know if this would be considered infringing in any way.

Yeah, we are aware. Customers have linked us it before. It's a totally different industry, so no real issue. If we wanted to get into cryptocurrency loans, or they wanted to start selling supplements, then there could be an issue. Trademarks are industry specific. If they weren't, it would be a hell of a time selling apples at the grocery store!
