Is this something any of y’all plan to use long term? Or more as needed?

Could kava be useful as a post-workout? I ordered some but not for post-workout, just wondering. I live outside the US so it has not arrived.

For pain killing, yes. It would actually be good for that.

Glad to hear it! I am really glad people are liking it. A few people that felt it was lackluster on the first dose felt stronger effects with subsequent dosing, too.

We have found that total kavalactone percentage is a poor indicator of kava quality. We tested a lot of kava over the past 2 years. Some of them were 70% kavalactones. There was almost no correlation to total kavalactone
