If I drink Friday night and Saturday all day, should I take AD after each night I’m done drinking? Or only after I’m done completely Saturday night?

I read this under the review of AD, what is your opinion on this?
“TL;DR Once you give your body exogenous (outside help) enzymes to break down alcohol your own liver can dip in its own production of these enzymes. Several times now I have experienced sudden alcohol intolerance the few days after taking DHM or Alcohol Defence blend in this case. It also goes by the name of DHM or No Days Wasted. This effect of being "alcohol intolerant" will make you feel very very sick after taking only a few sips of alcohol, sudden drop in blood pressure, flushing and skin irritation, asthmatic symptoms and more. Just be careful and listen to your body.”

That's not a very scientifically accurate assessment. There is no data showing DHM lowers the body's endogenous production of alcohol dehydrogenase. It does block alcohol binding to the GABA-A receptor, though. That's how it gives the anti-alcohol effect. If someone takes DHM daily, it could possibly up-regulate GABA-A. This might make alcohol feel stronger for a bit. This modulation of GABA is likely why it has anti-anxiety effects.
