The withanolide content of Shoden and KSM-66 are COMPLETELY different. They share almost none of the same withanolides, so combining them makes sense.

In theory, yes. In practice, no. Ixoreal, the makers of KSM-66 actually have two versions. One that uses the traditional extraction method from Ayurveda with milk in the process, and a different one where they don't use

Whenever you change an extraction, you are going to be pulling different things/amounts/ratios out. Ixoreal doesn't explicitly disclose their whole extraction process, so we can only speculate as to what they do for each

I've combined it with all those, too. I like taking it with Sibelius sage and Baikal skullcap as well. It seems to work well with Tribugen. It's pretty versatile.
