It's something we have thought about in the past. However, there are advantages and disadvantages to it. Some people like it, but many people do not. Some people feel like they are getting rewarded, but others feel like they are being manipulated into buying more. It's a tough balance to maintain. Plus, you are kind of locked in once you go down that path. This is why we have not done anything with it to this point. You can't really start a program like that and then stop it later without pissing a lot of people off. We may still do it at some point. However, it's not a decision that should be made lightly.
The samples are definitely something we are going to start up again, though. That was a plan that I put into place just before the pandemic started. We delayed it because of all the supply chain issues, but I am planning on picking it back up again soon. We bought all the equipment to make our own sachets, which we are going to do for various Nootropics Depot products for samples. Before it was all Natrium products, which is nice to get people to try them. However, I think a wider variety of ND samples will be a lot more useful for everyone. Then we can let people choose which sample they want during checkout, so they don't keep getting a sample of something they don't want or have already gotten before. That was the big issue with the samples we gave last time. Many people got samples of things they had no interest in, or things they already had like 5 samples of from other orders. That's just a big waste. Giving people a handful of options to choose from at checkout, or the option to not get any sample, will help to reduce waste and make it a lot more useful for everyone.
