Please update the profile system to allow me the following functionality:

* The ability to "lock in" certain products that I like or work well for me, including their dosages and frequency of use. This can tie into product pages with "n number of customers consistently buy this product."
* The ability to buy those products with ease, perhaps on a schedule. To be honest I generally don't like setting purchase schedules, especially for products with different schedules for running out, or those with susceptibility to cold and/or heat, so a confirmation before the trigger is pulled would be appreciated. Maybe in the future you could provide a service for custom quantities so we can really dial in our orders and schedule them based on dosages. That's a huge ask though.
* "Save for later" in shopping carts. There's stuff I'm interesting in trying, but the nature of nootropics requires a waiting period between usages or "stacking" in order to determine how my body chemistry reacts with a given product. Therefore I oftentimes feel it's a waste to buy multiple new things, and will instead add them to my next order of the things I stick with or like to have on-hand.
* Advanced reviews. I…

No automation necessary; you have the right idea of what I mean by locking in certain items that I plan to reorder. Ease of reorder would be a benefit past what you described. I have a little notebook where I note down everything I consume and all the information surrounding it, but since you're pretty much the only shop I frequent sans one very occasional product, having all my notes and such in the same place I order would be ideal.

The issue with reviews is understandable. I do wonder if, in order to create a better business via more in-depth customer feedback, you could have private reviews that only you and employees of your company could view. The important limit here seems to be the FDA preventing the entire industry from collecting a number of anecdotes substantial enough to matter for the purpose of improving products or changing formulas, which affects us all negatively. It may be more trouble than it's worth since placebo and other factors will play into what effects people experience, but it's food for thought perhaps.

I appreciate the response.

I do think ease of reorder with a note sections is a good idea. I have wanted to do an ND app for a while. I think that would be the perfect place to do it. You can have all your order history and tracking updated on there. You can have notes and dosing tracking. You can quickly reorder through the app and set reminders. I think we could do a lot of really cool things. It would give us a lot of flexibility.

Getting customer feedback is one reason it is nice to have this subreddit. We can read people's responses to products, and get clarification or have followups. I think Reddit is a perfect place to allow for interactions like that. We've used discussions on Reddit many times over the years to adjust formulas or dosing. It really helps to have a back and forth when someone is reporting a certain effect or response.
