Does the new shipping system mean no custom duties?

Now that ND uses Acendia for international standard shipping does that mean less custom duties when shipping to the EU?

That depends on how difficult the individual countries are. For the larger EU ones, possibly in the next 3 months or so. It's a whole new process we have to learn and work into our finance operations.
