Does the new shipping system mean no custom duties?

Now that ND uses Acendia for international standard shipping does that mean less custom duties when shipping to the EU?

It's hard to say without more data. We don't know how things will be affected with the changes. For now we are not collecting duties/VAT on behalf of EU countries. However, we are seeing what it would take to setup accounts with them and offer that. Till then it will be at the discretion of the customs officer inspecting the packages.
