Just curious if anyone would like to share any observations or experiences with Epicatechin.

If so can you provide some context, what you noticed, and the dosage?

One thing I know about ND is that at least you 100% know you are getting what you paid for (which is HUGE), just curious of some experiences as the research on Epicatechin seems out of this world awesome but I’ve also heard it didn’t pan out as well in real life. Thanks!

Seems like it could be a game changer for recovery especially in older athletes. Thanks again for any input!

I had a look for the source of this info and couldn't find it. It's either on reddit or on longecity. I'm 100% sure I remember the info being accurate. Maybe /u/misteryouaresodumb and confirm/deny for us?

Agmatine doesn't compete or overrule any other compound. There is some controversy over it being counterproductive when taken with citrulline, but that is more for vasodilation.
