Wrong address on my packages

Not sure if it's a problem specific to my location/address (apartment complex in UK) but it has happened on every single order I've made. My packages get sent back as they only have my name, street and postcode on it but no apartment number, house name or my phone number. It's frustrating cause it's a 2 week long shipment and then after it gets sent back I have to through the usual jazz with support, provide evidence and then wait another 2 weeks. It also increases the chances of getting a custom fee or parcel seized/lost. I have noted that this is a recurring problem to support but nothing seems to have changed. After they re-send it it seems to arrive fine.
This has happened again today but I got hold of the package by waving the parcel delivery guy down as he was leaving the street because I was expecting this would happen. It's really strange as the order summary inside the package contains the correct full address + my phone number just as I typed it in, however the outside on is completely different (seems almost as if somebody would type in only the postcode and grab the street name, leaving out the rest).
Not sure if this is just an unlucky streak or my peculiar addre…

What is your order number? I have seen some weird bug in our shipping software Shipstation where it changes someone's address without asking. It has an option where it tries to "correct" addresses it sees as invalid. However, sometimes it's the one modifying it to be incorrect. It seems to happen more with international addresses. Perhaps the database that Shipstation uses has a few wrong entries for some international addresses. We can manually go in and force it to always put your address exactly as you give it to us, though. I can have my team do that to prevent it from happening again.
