I have been ordering from ND (to Belgium) via DHL for sometime and I never had to pay absurd amounts always under 30 euros but now on my last 2 orders. Customs sent me invoice to pay 180 euros (bad luck), ouch that burnt a hole in the wallet. Has someone else from Europe got the same problem recently? Hopefully one day ND will open up somewhere in Europe. That would be dream come true.

That's the same for now, and will be moving to our new Asendia service in the next 1-2 weeks. It should stay the same, but we have to see how it goes. We are doing some testing to know for sure how the new service will run.
