Substances with the same or similar anti-inflammatory properties as piracetam?

What the title says. I suffer from frequent inflammatory pain and piracetam is the only thing that has ever really helped, but I don't want to take it non-stop and I'm worried I'll lose access to it altogether one day, so I'd like to have alternatives. Anyone have any information?

I probably should tbh. about 10 days ago u/misteryouaresodumb said he expects powder back in stock in a couple of weeks, so it should be any day now but with how fucked up the supply chains are right now he could be very wrong with that estimate. I'd like to give ND a few more days.
