Gutted you're not doing these any more. Always seemed to get a sample of something I already have so thought I'd see if I could choose one this time but customer service said samples aren't being offered any more. Just reluctant to spend $35.99 on a full bottle of something that may not have any effect on me.

Our plan was to expand our sample offering... then COVID hit... then the supply shortages hit. Now we are barely holding on to keeping up with demand, and we have already run out of stock on multiple things. I don't think many people here fully understand just how bad the supply chain shortages are right now. It's no joke. It's like a perfect storm of events. Currently our efforts are all focused on getting the supply chain back to somewhat normal. It's not that we don't ever want to give samples again. We just need to focus on the big problems right now. That's the supply chain issues. Once we are back to a smoother and steadier operation on that front, we absolutely will pick back up our plans for samples.
