Does anyone have a link that shows the list of minerals, vitamins and organic compounds in shilajit.

I tried looking and I was not able to find anything other than bits and pieces. There's 84 compounds and there's not one list to show it. Whatever anyone can supply that would be great thank you.

Any idea how ppm translates to one 250mg dose of Primavie?

If ppm is parts per million then essentially (for calcium)

10,960 per million = x per 250mg

10,960/1,000,000 = x/250

x = 2.74 mg calcium per 250mg Primavie.
