Yeah, even though Derek from MPMD seems to be a very knowledgable no-bullshit kinda guy, he still has to trust his source. So like you say we don't really know what's in there in the end. Hopefully, you'll get your hand on it and be able to do all the testing necessary!

Yeah, you can't trust any source without data. It's not always maliciousness, either. Most of the time it is incompetence or ignorance. Someone might fully believe they have a quality product, but they just don't know what they don't know about the chemistry.
