We are currently in the process of trying to migrate our international shipping to a carrier that brings everything through the Netherlands. If it works out as we hope, delays and issues like that should not be as common

Potentially, yes. We are in talks with the carrier that iHerb uses. Everyone says they like how that process goes, so we figured we would try them out. We have a call with them next week.
