That is not an issue with MK-7 as your K2 source. It is absorbed differently than other K forms, which makes it the ideal form to use. You can take it the same time as D3. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC72

The starting material of the D3 is lanolin. The vitamin C is ascorbic acid. It's mostly there for stability purposes to prevent oxidation of the other things in the tablet.

For some things that's certainly true. However, every compound's IU is different. It makes no sense to me. Mcg is mcg. An IU of D is not the same as an IU of vitamin E or A. Plus, when formulating things you don't use IU

The D3 starts from sheep lanolin. That's exposed to UV light then heated. That is then mixed with corn oil and tocopherol, which is then emulsified with water. That is then filtered and spray dried with silicon dioxide.
