NMN Dosage question

Seems like the people really into NMN for longevity are suggesting taking a 1g+ a day, but ND's supplement only contains 125mg. I saw on a facebook ad the ND account had said they took just one capsule a day and that two was too stimulating, is ND's supplement not dosed high enough to get the longevity effects on one capsule a day or is ND's version actually that much better than the rest of the industry? Also, has there been any testing into competitor's NMD supplements like they did with Tongat Ali?

This is just my style, to have most of the right info and get it out quickly but mess up the delivery.
