This is gonna be an unpopular post, but it’s regarding Sleep Support causing next day depression, lethargy etc. I found the culprit! (At least for me)!

I’ve seen some posts on here and some reviews on the Sleep Support claiming that it causes a host of negative side effects that overpower the positives that Sleep Support was designed to bring. The bacopa tends to be constantly blamed for causing these issues, but I think it’s not the culprit here.
Here’s the list of side effects that sleep support causes whether I take only one or two capsules:
Nightmares!
Excessive sweating
Melancholic, depressive feelings the next morning
General uneasiness, anxiety (not every time)
Sluggishness, laziness, prone to calling off from work
I own NDs bacopa extract, and taking it alone does not cause these side effects. Uridine monophosphate doesn’t really cause issues for me as well either. I’ve taken up to 750mg at night. I’ve tried their Primavie Shilajit and it hasn’t been problematic for me at all either. Now, I’ve never tried oleamide on its own, so maybe I’m wrong about pointing the fingers without being so sure if I haven’t tried everything on its own first. Lemon balm extract is not my favorite nootropic. It’s not anxiolytic for me, and in fact seems to do the opposite for me (causes anxiety, brain fog, irritability). The culprit howev…

I'm one of those that is very sensitive to increases in ACh. I currently take silexan (lavender), magnesium threonate, lithium orotate regularly for sleep. And I cycle CBN and benadryl if I think I'm going to need it. I'm wondering about trying the Lucidispore but usually anything that's a "cognitive enhancer" = increase sympathetic nervous system which is the opposite of what I need. Oleamide also increased by dreaming duration and intensity which is the last thing I need. Magnesium bark seemed to be relaxing but if I take it for two or three days it seems I have a rebound in anxiety the following day. Haven't tried the Lemon Balm because if ACh increase. Any other suggestions for products from ND or elsewhere?

I'd say the Lucidispore is one I would at least try. It is actually really nice. I do not notice any ACh effects, nor does it affect my dreaming. It's just a nice calming sleep improvement for me.
