I got my 1st bottle delivered 15 min ago.
Capsules seem to be sealed. I couldn't pull them open. Still went the sublingual route.
T+5 min. Seems a bit more calming than 7,8dhf, & I feel more noticeably focused but not stimulated (that could be the 3 shells of kava that I had since late this afternoon).
I am always watching for placebo effects, so it may take a few days to verify this. I'll report back.

Interesting about the dopaminergic thing. Unfortunately I ended up discontinuing after 3 days/doses after having a fairly similar reaction as I did with PRL-8-53 - a peak experience followed by marked anhedonia and a reduction in general cognition that took several days to return to baseline after discontinuing. I seem to be extremely sensitive to things that affect dopaminergic neurotransmission. Can't say I regret giving it a try since without that mentality I wouldn't have found so many other helpful compounds in the past, but this one may not be for me.

Maybe it would work for you as an acute sort of thing? Like a single dose for boost, followed by no doses for at least 4-5 days?
